3D Design Group is derived from the three D’s of our services:
Design
We work with you to design a building that suits the constraints and opportunities of your site. We aim to get the best result while considering things such as site issues, town planning requirements, budget and more.
Develop
This stage takes your design and ensures that the building is feasible. We work through the detailed construction methods to ensure there will be minimal conflicts at building stage.
Document
Finally, after you are happy with the development outcome, we take the plans and create a documentation set to achieve your goal. Be it a building permit, Town Planning permit, or feasibility study.

The 3D Design Group team, with over 20 years experience, has a proven ability to formulate and refine project briefs and design solutions.
To us, good design is always derived around a clear understanding of the clients requirements (project operational requirements), the site, its orientation, opportunities and constraints.
